St. Lawrence Market

Named the world's best food market by National Geographic in 2012, the historic St. Lawrence Market features two buildings - on either side of Toronto's Front Street - each with a unique purpose. St. Lawrence Market North hosts weekly farmer's and antique markets, while St. Lawrence Market South hosts restaurants, the St. Lawrence Market Gallery, and deli's, bakeries, and meat shops. With a history that reaches as far back as 1803, the St. Lawrence Market has changed locations, undergone substantial renovations, but always retained its allure for foodies and culture-seekers alike.
