Kingston WritersFest is turning five, and as part of the celebrations, the festival has named poet and novelist Jeanette Lynes as the festival's first Writer in Residence. Currently creative writing professor and founding coordinator of the MFA in Writing at the University of Saskatchewan, Jeanette is a summer resident of Kingston and longtime supporter of Kingston Writersfest. She will be in Kingston posting a poem each day during the festival. Don't miss her — or Kingston WritersFest — from September 25-29 in Kingston.
