Congratulations to the nominees for the 25th Annual Trillium Book Award/ 25e édition du Prix littéraire annuel Trillium, Ontario's most celebrated literary award. Open Book is thrilled for all of the short-listed authors, especially Open Book: Ontario's Poetry Month WIR, Helen Guri!

This year?s six English Finalists for the Trillium Book Award/Prix Trillium are:

This year?s five French Finalists for the Trillium Book Award/ Prix Trillium are:

This year?s three Finalists for the Trillium Book Award for Poetry in French language are:

You are invited to attend a reading of the finalists' books on June 19, 2023 at the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon, Toronto Reference Library, 789 Yonge Street (doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the readings begin at 7:00 p.m.).

Two panels, one celebrity panel (English) and one student panel (French), will discuss the favourite winning titles for the Trillium Book Award from previous years, as selected by Open Book readers.
