Roo Borson

Ruth Elizabeth Borson, or Roo Borson, is a Canadian poet living in Toronto, Ontario. Beyond being a graduate of the University of British Columbia, Roo has won many awards for her multiple publications. She won the Governors General's Literary Award in 2004 and the Griffin Poetry Prize in 2005.

Roo currently lives in Toronto with poet Kim Maltman. Along with Andy Patton, the two of them are also members of the collaborative performance poetry ensemble Pain Not Bread.
